Recently, There is evidence that other companies and individuals are fraudulently using the ZMS Cable trademark and name for commercial activities.. Hereby, ZMS Cable formally declares:

1. Any document or information indicating that ZMS Cable has been acquired, merged or that has transferred its operations is false.

2. ZMS Cable will never use third party accounts to receive payments.

3. Our company is not responsible for any risk arising from the two previous situations. (including, but not limited to, problems of non-delivery or poor quality of products).

4. Our company has taken legal measures to protect the commercial rights of ZMS Cable, filing charges of fraud and other related crimes against the parties involved, and has referred the case to the judicial authorities.

Specific actions of suspicious companies or individuals include, but are not limited to, sending fake documents and emails to customers about alleged ZMS Cable acquisitions and mergers, as well as guide/attempt to scam customers into making payments to non-ZMS Cable accounts. This has seriously harmed ZMS Cable's business rights and created business risks for our customers..

It has been verified that all these documents are forgeries.

Information submitted after June 2024 through these names, business cards and emails contain numerous falsehoods:
